Welcome to ZoteApp ("the App"), operated by Inflow Solutions Ltd ("the Company"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the App or to products and services available through the App. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the App.

• Using the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content, including but not limited to:

• Running of loans or any financial services without proper authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Inflow Solutions Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use of such content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability, if you violate any of these Terms or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inflow Solutions Ltd, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kenya.
