Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new store starts with 14 days of Basic, free, no card needed. Pick a plan before the trial ends to keep your store online; if you don't, the store is paused (never deleted) until you pay.
Can my customers pay with M-Pesa?
Yes. Connect your till or paybill and customers get an STK push at checkout — they confirm on their phone and the order is marked paid automatically.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks. Your store keeps running and we ask you to upgrade before adding more products or orders beyond your plan.
How do I pay for my plan?
By M-Pesa (an STK push to your phone each month) or PayPal, from your dashboard. Plans are priced in USD; the KSh figure is the approximate M-Pesa amount.
Am I locked in?
No. You can export your products and customers at any time, and you can switch between plans at any time.
